The Booty Challenge!

Hey Sporty Sisters! It’s a new day, which means a new challenge. I like to test myself by adding extra workouts so this month I chose to take the booty challenge.
 
Take up this Butt Challenge this month and tone up and boost your leg and butt muscles and body strength to the max. This 30 day challenge will really work your leg and butt area and will give you a fantastic end result if you stick the challenge and complete all 30 days! Remember, your summer body is made now!!!!
 
For this challenge I am doing only one exercise, SQUATS! I do 60 – 100 squats before bed time. You can choose the number but make sure it is above 50. I am on my fifth day and I am having so much fun with it. To top it off I drink my favourite milkshake after the work out which is frozen strawberry, banana and one table spoon of peanut butter milkshake.
